Works good but 1 issue. When setting alarm area, and the right side area is off the screen so it wouldnt let you move it. As a result the entire horizontal area is covered and I can't figure out how to move it.
SYSTEM AND CAMERAS SUCK! TRASH TRASH TRASH Remote playback NEVER works. Technical support is USELESS no working product knowledge. Been a X10 user for over 40yrs. NO MORE!
Great so far.
Very difficult to use the playback feature. It would be 100x better if it showed detections instead of having to figure out what time you want to look at stored video. Also there's no location set points like the old X10 software to quickly pan and tilt it to saved locations.

Was never able to use this app to recover my account, let's see with the new Update.
I have used this app sense 2012 and I love it. And I get lots of help from the company.
Easy installation Can only log on to to one user account at a time. Add as many cameras if available. Range of cameras angle is limited. A good first security system.
